| Handmade Stretched Canvas
Our stretched canvases are handmade in our London workshop. These canvases are not comparable to cheap Chinese imports. We use materials designed for the professional artist who needs a high quality finished product at the best price available.
Our canvases have clean edges and are stapled at the back. The canvases have cross-bar braces fitted where the dimensions are over 100cm. A 6mm lip on the stretcher bars keeps the canvas away from the stretcher bars. All canvases can be re-tensioned.

Pre-stretched canvases offer a cheaper and quicker alternative to our Handmade Stretched Canvas service. We only sell stretched canvases that match the quality of our bespoke items, so you can be sure you're still using the best artists' materials.

| Artists Stretcher Bars
Our stretcher bars are the best on the market. These bars are not comparable to cheap Chinese imports. We import FSC certified European pine bars with an engineered laminated construction, precision cut to square-up for a perfect clean fit every time. The stretchers are supplied with cross-bar braces where the dimensions are over 100cm. The stretchers come in a kit form and are knocked together with a mallet. No gluing or screwing is necessary!

Some artists like to receive their canvases ready made and ready to go. Others like to do the work themselves! For these artists we supply a full range of accessories from staple guns to our own recipe special primer.

| Artists Canvas Roll
Many artists like to stretch and prime their own canvas. We sell great quality 100% cotton duck canvas off the roll for painters at two widths (183 cm / 72 inch and 274 cm / 108 inch). This canvas is a classic 9oz weight with a medium tooth. The fabric stretches well and gives the painted surface excellent support. It can be primed with acrylic primer or sized and primed with oil primer. Small quantities will be folded, larger amounts will be rolled.
